You're eligible if you:

1. Use less than 350,000 kWh annually and have an average monthly demand below 100 kW
2. Have at least 12 months of electrical billing history at your current location
3. Are on rate 4, 10, 11 or 21*
4. Are located in Nova Scotia

You can find your rate code by looking at the box beside your meter number on your power bill. If you can't find a copy of your statement, contact NS Power at 1-800-428-6774 or your local municipal utility.
