Use only the light you need. Lighting controls help save energy and money by adjusting the lighting to the situation. Common lighting controls include:
- Occupancy sensors
- Daylighting sensors
Sensors automatically turn lights on when they detect motion, heat, and/or sound, and turn them off a short while later. Especially useful for outdoor security and utility lighting.
