Heat Recovery Ventilation

A heat recovery ventilator (HRV) is installed into your duct work, usually near the furnace. The HRV saves you energy and money by retaining heat from your indoor air system.

The HRV also leaves your home filled with warm, clean, fresh air by:

  • Sending stale air outside
  • Drawing fresh air inside
  • Retaining heat from your outgoing indoor air, and transferring it to your incoming fresh air
