Get in touch with the service provider/organization you selected and booked to do your Home Energy Assessment.
Yes. A homeowner can re-enroll six months from the most recent final assessment date, but the $199 won't be waived. Homeowners are welcome to participate in the program multiple times. There's no limit on the number of enrollments.
If you're getting close to the 12-month anniversary of your initial audit and need more time to complete upgrades, you can contact your Service Organization (the partner that provided your initial Home Energy Assessment) to request an extension.
No. It's totally up to you which upgrades you decide to do, if any. There are no penalties for not moving forward with upgrades.
When you've finished your upgrades, the next step is to book a final assessment with the same partner that completed your initial assessment. You want to ensure you do this within 12 months of your initial audit. Please ensure you've completed ALL the upgrades you want to be considered for rebates, as only one final assessment will be performed. The final assessment will determine what eligible upgrades you have completed, and any applicable rebates will be sent out approximately 90 days from your final assessment date.
