Eligibility Criteria

General eligibility: Available for homes in Nova Scotia that are at least six months old and are used as a primary residence.

Equipment eligibility: Equipment must be new, installed and in service. All peripheral equipment required to operate the system must also be installed.

Property eligibility: Existing single family homes used year-round, including detached homes, row houses, duplexes, individual condo units and mobile homes.
