Step 1

Empty your appliance and ensure the cooling feature is still functioning by plugging it in 2-4 hours before your appointment. We will verify at pick-up.

Step 2

Call us toll-free at 1-888-303-2103 or book a pick-up online. Pick-ups are available Monday to Friday, typically within 3 weeks of booking.

Step 3

Empty your appliance and ensure the cooling feature is still functioning by plugging it in 2-4 hours before your appointment. We will verify at pick-up.

Step 4

Clear a path from your appliance to the nearest exit in your home or garage.
Please note: Due to COVID-19 only appliances moved outside can be picked up at this time. If it can’t be moved outside, you’ll be placed on our wait list and we’ll contact you to schedule a pickup when they resume.

Step 5

Make sure someone over the age of 18 is home for the pick-up to sign a release form.

Step 6

Sit back and relax, while we do the heavy lifting and recycle your appliance(s) properly.

You’ll receive a cheque in the mail in a few weeks!

If you don’t qualify for the pick-up service, you can drop off your eligible mini appliance(s) at ARCA Canada Inc.
