After a few years of use and adjustments, the scheduling and temperature set-points at the Gordon R Snow Community Centre in Fall River were out of sync—causing systems to work against each other, and utility bills to climb. With help from an On-Site Energy Manager and the Existing Building Recommissioning program, they got their systems (and energy use) back on track.
