Water Heating Equipment Rebate Guide

Participation in the Home Energy Assessment program or New Home Construction program precludes homeowners from receiving rebates for the same upgrades in other Efficiency Nova Scotia programs. Only rebates from one program will be issued for any particular measure.

Please Note: A letter from your contractor may be required to indicate the state of the previous equipment. Limit of one three-element water heater installed per household. Three-element water heaters replacing existing electric domestic hot water systems must have been installed on, or after, June 1, 2020.
