Join Efficiency Nova Scotia for a workshop on Energy Management and Financial Analysis designed for Chartered Professional Accountants and Financial Managers in Nova Scotia.  Gain valuable insight into how these projects can be framed in order to connect with key decision makers.
  

The workshop will provide participants with an in-depth overview of energy efficiency and finance, reviewing concepts such as: 

  • Communication between technical and financial stakeholders 
  • Building the business case: quantifying benefits and evaluating the strategic, operational, and financial fit of the project for an organization 
  • Energy efficiency financial analysis fundamentals 
  • Procurement and financing options 
  • Measuring results
