HomeWarming Eligibility Criteria

We can help with HomeWarming upgrades if:

  1. Your home hasn’t been in HomeWarming or the Low Income Homeowner Service before (homes are only eligible once a lifetime).
  2. Your income is under the income levels in the chart below.
  3. You own a single-unit home located in Nova Scotia and can provide proof of ownership. Please note: Row houses do qualify, but condos, multi-unit buildings, and rentals do not.
  4. Your home is your primary, year-round residence, and you don’t plan to sell in the near future.
